⁃ Please keep in mind that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. Since every piece is crafted by hand, no two will ever be exactly the same — that’s part of their charm! 

⁃ Every pair of our earrings is crafted with hypoallergenic, nickel-free materials to ensure comfort for sensitive ears.

 

⁃ If you’d like to change the findings on your earrings, just leave me a note at checkout and I’ll do my best to make it happen.

 

⁃ I offer hoops, hooks, ball studs, huggies, and even clip-ons for those without pierced ears! You can also request gold or silver fittings if you have a preference — simply let me know in the notes at check out.

⁃While we can’t accept returns for hygiene reasons, your happiness matters to us. If there’s ever a problem, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to find a solution, and refunds may be possible in some cases.
