We want you to love your earrings as much as we love making them. Since all of our earrings are handmade with hypoallergenic materials, please review our policy below:
RETURNS & EXCHANGES

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on worn earrings.

If your earrings arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll gladly replace or refund your order. You can do this on our 'contact' page!
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we approve your return or confirm an issue with your order.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Because custom earrings are made uniquely for you, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective.
